I'm Ginette Kouayep, originally from Cameroon, where I began my culinary journey at the tender age of 9, cooking alongside my mother and grandmother. After graduating from culinary school in 2011, I spent over a decade honing my skills as a professional chef at Marriott International hotels. I'm dedicated to providing you and your guests with a truly immersive culinary adventure, celebrating the richness of diverse cultures and flavors, a trend that continues to captivate palates worldwide.
